Shipping policy

All orders dispatch from Surat, Gujarat within 24 hours on business days — orders placed before 4 PM usually ship the same day.

Delivery estimates: metro cities 2–4 business days; rest of India 4–7 business days. Tracking details are shared on WhatsApp and email as soon as your order ships.

Shipping is FREE on every order across India — prepaid and Cash on Delivery alike. There are no COD handling charges.

If a courier cannot service your PIN code, we will contact you with options or issue a full refund of any amount paid.
