Refund policy

7-day replacement guarantee: if your cover arrives with any defect (print, stitching, elastic) or is damaged in transit, WhatsApp us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we will ship a free replacement — no return courier needed for defects.

Wrong or undelivered orders are re-shipped or fully refunded.

Since this is a personal-use fabric item, we do not accept change-of-mind returns once the pack is opened. Unopened packs can be returned within 7 days of delivery (customer pays return shipping; refund is processed after a quality check).

Prepaid refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are sent by UPI or bank transfer to the account you share with us.
